What makes you most happy at work?

The flexibility of remote work! I also enjoy meeting with my coworkers and when projects are successfully launched.

They have my back in the rooms I am not in. They encourage individual career growth & development, and never micromanage.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Both managers interviewed me for the second interview and I got to see the dynamic between them and understand the work culture first hand.
