What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Efforts are made to facilitate communication. There are quarterly company meetings via teams and in person meetings every other year.

I did not have to go through rounds and rounds of interviews. If the direct manager approves then that carries more weight.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works well together to get things done. If someone is done early they help others, if someone has a problem they ask for help without issue.
