What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture is positive and there aren't many egos or political battles. There are games played at lunch, happy hours and other social opportunities.

People are friendly. Management sets expectations that everyone be open and welcoming. Coworkers are intelligent and creative. Work is laid back but productive. People are given autonomy to do the work they are assigned.
