Benefits is extremely bad. As a telco, even force us to bound to our workphone (force to purchase if we leave). Home Broadband and phone are minimally subsidised. Management lives in their own world
Pay according to market standards and not just look at the telco industry.
Stop focusing on their own KPI and start looking at the greater need of the division. When the division cant meet target, everyone sinks together (they fail to understand this)
Be objective. Stop pushing blames and accountability.
Empowerment to mid management and executives. People are not making decisions because they are afraid to take responsibility
Be open to people without relevant background. these people can bring in different views. Don't just employ people that is trained to work in similar mindset.
Stop behaving like if is the best premium brand. It is no longer the case. Be more down to earth and face the market reality
Customer first mindset. Not revenue first.
