I don’t think anyone works more than 40, if that on average
How does SintecMedia make decisions around promotions?
In my experience, promotions seem to come from those who get close to 5's on their performance appraisal, which is near impossible.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at SintecMedia?
More team gatherings after work.

How's the work life balance at SintecMedia?
It depends on the client/project. My work/life balance is great! Others on the same project may say differently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at SintecMedia?
I don't feel undervalued, as a whole, but my experience in the field I'm in, warrants about 15-20K more than what I'm currently making.
