Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, as a whole, but my experience in the field I'm in, warrants about 15-20K more than what I'm currently making.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is located in different offices but as a whole, we work very well together and I'm proud to be a part of the team.
