What makes you most happy at work?
Working with technology and helping customers to get their objectives met
the quality and the good
I love my job and feel accomplished at the end of every day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Because this is a very fast paced environment, everyone, especially management, get's quite stressed out and that can lead to it being taken out on others. Training in stress management and shifting the focus of stress is the best way to probably alleviate the situation.
