I love going to work because I am free to complete my tasks based on my experience with them. I have control over my work area and my boss trusts me to do what he needs me to do.

I think Sir Speedy has a lot of potential, however, some improvements are needed for the overall employee satisfaction to increase. Leadership skills are the main missing skills in this company.

Bonuses and raises are always given for great work and going above the usual that is expected.

Unfortunately, this is a company that doesn't value hard work very much. The more you work, the more they push you to work even more without a thank you or any type of compensation. A way to improve the situation is to offer more support, training, and compensation if new roles or tasks are taken on

Because this is a very fast paced environment, everyone, especially management, get's quite stressed out and that can lead to it being taken out on others. Training in stress management and shifting the focus of stress is the best way to probably alleviate the situation.
