The camaraderie aside from management is great.
They need a little help with leadership and a lot of help with organization.
The interview process was very quick. A short interview with the owner of the franchise and a quick offer e-mail later and I was hired.
Because this is a very fast paced environment, everyone, especially management, get's quite stressed out and that can lead to it being taken out on others. Training in stress management and shifting the focus of stress is the best way to probably alleviate the situation.
Unfortunately, this is a company that doesn't value hard work very much. The more you work, the more they push you to work even more without a thank you or any type of compensation. A way to improve the situation is to offer more support, training, and compensation if new roles or tasks are taken on
