Stop playing favorites. Nepotism is high here.
Being available to their staff. Investing in long term value.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair compensation, thoughtful benefits package
I like the bonus based on business performance that I can directly control.
Good health care options in the plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is fine but does not take into account experience.
Better comp, more opportunity for advancement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is rowing in the same direction and aligned to affect optimal execution on our plan.
The experience and leadership skills are outstanding.
They are knowledgeable and experienced. They do what they say they are going to do.
Supportive and collaborative, have each others backs
Customer focus, and they work independently.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are unfriendly and mostly stick to n themselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Meritocracy, with excellent performance rewarded.
Work hard and play hard. It is also a very transparent work environment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company has a false positivity/ engagement problem. Free popcorn every week does not make your employees like each other when they all go eat the popcorn at their desks away from each other.
More focus on the practice and repeatable process. Better teamwork. More team unity and a sense of camaraderie
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very collegial in nature.
The interaction between the people involved
It was quick. I sensed that the person supervising me didn't like me and wasn't far off.
