Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Raises are almost impossible to get

Promotions were earned but never received

Extremely limited growth opportunities there.

If you work for a company for 5 years you would expect a pay increase or at least an opportunity for a new role, like supervisor, which would pay more. The rate has stayed consistent throughout the pandemic.

Most decisions made at senior levels. The company gives lip service to driving decision making down and the organization, but it's a fallacy.

Better pay, better 401K match, better vacation days

There is still a sex disparity in pay rates for the same job title.

The more you produce or go above and beyond, the more you are worked against. Exceeding expectations gets you targeted as a threat.

constantly overworked, no raise, bonuses practically dont exist anymore, severely understaffed

Not being trained properly and hr unable to assist with issues

wish the company would convert long-standing contractors more quickly to full-time employment with benefits and better pay.

More, plain and simple, performance incentives.

The bonus aren't payed very well, and the benefit of using the streaming hasn't work for almost a year now.

$12 an hour with no benefits is a tough way to live.
