If you work for a company for 5 years you would expect a pay increase or at least an opportunity for a new role, like supervisor, which would pay more. The rate has stayed consistent throughout the pandemic.
Most decisions made at senior levels. The company gives lip service to driving decision making down and the organization, but it's a fallacy.

The bonus available for us agents is no longer attainable and not motivated to give all with no reward. Compare the bonus money available verses where it is on agent paychecks. Things were good months ago. Now the toxic atmosphere is unbareable without the compensation bonus program.
