My team has not changed in many years so we have a tight bond and work together very well.

Flex Fridays are really good
Heavy DE&I program along with constant feedback from the management team makes the overall culture of this company very strong.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a pretty quick process. For me it only took about 2 weeks from start to finish.
Limited rounds of interviews, relatively short timeline between interviews and decision.
Interview process was about average. No major complaints.
