Mr. Patrick Fitzgerald, J.D. serves as a Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Fitzgerald is a trial lawyer and an experienced investigator whose practice focuses on internal investigations, government enforcement matters, and civil litigation. He joined Skadden, Arps in 2012. Mr. Fitzgerald is admitted to practice law in Illinois Bar; United States Supreme Court; United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, Northern District of Illinois, Northern District of Indiana, and Eastern District of Wisconsin; and United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He received a J.D. from the Harvard Law School in 1995 and a B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from the Amherst College in 1982.
