Getting paid more, fair pay for fair work
I feel the customer service representatives are doing a job of 4 different departments. Phones, Order processing, Training, and handling credit and debits. I feel all reps are over worked and therefore lot of mistakes are being made. The entire staff is no more then a year old. no proper training
The local labour market is offering a higher remuneration for skills & knowledge that we offer.
