Health insurance is good, but there should be other things that the company should provide. Fitness is the most important thing for our health, and we already dont have enough time for it, but on top of that it can cost so much, especially depending on your location, LA for example.

yearly raises for REGISTERED NURSES, making the nurse's personal profit reliant on commission and personal performance is quite toxic and only encourages sales mentalities. lower utilization nurses, slower clinics days and PTO/sick days are hard to offset, no balance with high commisions days

I think that the salary is huge part. Some of us live in places that are very expensive. I know that i'm having a hard time tryiny to surive on the current salary. I think the location should play a role on how compensation is decided.

Upon hire there were broken promises in terms of compensation/bonus as well as the team is smaller than I was informed yet the clinic will never have that number of team members. I feel that I have more to offer and am underwhelmed at times due to my calibur/capabilities.

I feel undervalued when my trainings, time off, and sick days are paid at half my usual rate. This gives me anxiety about taking time that I need for myself because if I do I wont be able to pay my bills adequately. I would love our trainins, pto, and sick days to be paid at our $55 hourly.

As a nurse, the tips pay for my hourly rate. It takes away from my hard work to not get to actually feel those tips since its taken away. There also isnt compensation for precepting or training others.
