I love their willing to listen to all ideas. We have an open door policy and it truly is open door. They are humble and listen to feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a strength-based company and work on positives vs deficit. We work to strengthen each individual so that we can collectively grow and get better together. The ship rises with the tide.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Most people meet personally with the CEO before they are hired. Every employee goes through a strength assessment which is like a mini life coaching sessions. Truly amazing. This company values each and every employees individual contribution.
