My team is open and honest. They are not afraid to state a problem but also come up with solutions. And they are a fun group of people!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility in hours. Skipio has enabled me to have a rock solid work/life balance. Healthy doses of stress mixed with great accomplishment serves my home life well and vice versa.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are smart and have a growth mindset. All Skipio execs are multipliers of talent. They see what you are capable of doing and what you are good at and then allow you to do it. Amazing!
