I really regret working for Skyline Products. Besides being able to work remotely sometimes, there's nothing good about this company. I never received enough support from the leadership, and I was never really able to rely on any of our leaders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation could be better, yes. But the main problem here is the unreliable and unsupportive leadership.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to get better at supporting the employees. I'd give them zero stars for their non-existent effort to provide guidance and support
