What's the pay like for Marketing roles at Skyward?
I would say the pay for marketing roles is very comparable to that of other companies in our area. Skyward has expanded its marketing department by mostly hiring recent college graduates so the pay is commensurate with level of experience. Turnover in the department is low which indicates people enjoy the work and feel they are being compensated fairly.
