What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door, collaborative, willing to seek to understand
It's okay, good leader but bad management.
I appreciate feeling that, no matter what the topic may be, I can provide my insights/criticisms/user stories and know that they are considered seriously, and without fear of them being taken as power plays or used against me negatively.
They are approachable and transparent and they truly care about giving people a good work/home balance.

The opportunity to earn more as the company does better.
The best part of my compensation would be my hourly wage.

Everyone pulls their weight and there is a real team feel to everything. No politics or posturing here.

The wellness team is a positive force in the company.
the people are very welcoming
There is encouragement of all employees to take chances here without repercussions of making a mistake. People are managed through encouragement and support vs. fear.

The work environment even in a virtual world is friendly and welcoming.
Solving complex problems for customers.
My direct managers have always had my back. They have supported me, provided training to promote my job growth, and listen earnestly to my ideas and concerns.
I have the freedom to make decisions yet I feel like my boss is approachable when I have questions or need support.
