The pay is absolutely terrible for FAs, we are payed below minimum wage and as far as a living wage to even pay rent thats actually almost impossible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work so many legs as a company and we just arent paid what we should be for all the hours we are putting in.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If they treated the FAs to a actuallt livable wage then the people who have been here for years ans dedicated themselves to the company would wanna stay and same for the new hires barley scraping by on 400 dollar checks.
