What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a solid plan and includes many additional benefits as part of the package.
The benefits are great. My healthcare, stock options, etc. Best I've had in my career.
The meal benefit and the health insurance

The stock is a huge attractor for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary. Merit, efforts, dedication, time management etc. must be considered Benefits from all aspects Special parental care Executive benefits for ease of work, if possible
