It is a good place to work. I do wish leadership would realize that the majority of the regular employees work hard to represent the company and in the past were shown appreciation throughout the year with cards or small gifts. It was nice. Now only leadership positions get shown that appreciation.
What makes you most happy at work?
It usually goes by fast and interacting with coworkers is a plus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all seem to get along great and are always available for questions, asking and answering. Sharing family stories and pets are nice also.
What did you like most about the interview process?
With it being done virtually you are able to drop your guard some and be more natural which I think helps out a lot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My positive views came when I moved to a department that practiced what they preached. If I was in another department my views on everything would be, and were, completely different.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The lower leadership team like the Team Leads and Supervisors all seem great and are very easy to talk to. Higher up though there seems to be a disconnect between them and the regular employees.
