Since I started working at slingshot I have learned so much. The leadership here pushes you to do your best. They have helped me grow into my position and growing with the company. Management team is always ready and willing to help any one out no matter what department you're in.

The lower leadership team like the Team Leads and Supervisors all seem great and are very easy to talk to. Higher up though there seems to be a disconnect between them and the regular employees.
