I don't get charged for benefits. Only pay an out of pocket which is nice.

Everyone is friendly, and work life balance is great.

I enjoy the work I do and I have great mentors.
I am most happy when I get to create programs, systems, etc. I look for process improvement opportunities and I am able to take action on them. Innovation is greatly encouraged.
