Thank you very much for sharing that with everyone. We want to make sure our company is inclusive and everyone's needs can be catered as much as we possibly can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a clear vision and great leadership. The executive team take on board the opinions of others carefully, respect differing viewpoints and lead with such integrity. There is a great ability to pull together the strands of ideas, yet lead clearly and decisively.
I am happy following a leader who is following a dream. the leadership is an unusual mixture of strong leadership with a dream as the driving force

I've always heard about leaders who lead by example, put people first, inspire their employees and try to add meaning in everyone's work. Now I can say I found that place.
Great vision and sense of direction. Leadership team communicates clearly company milestones.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am supported with my travelling expenses
I am paid fairly well, plus I have company shares. Also I benefit from staff perks available for all.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Amazing people to work with! Love the culture and environment. We’re truly making a difference.
It is a very driven team, there are plenty of discussion and disagreements are openly discussed. Heated discussion are commonplace but this doesn't mean they are unfriendly

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a small company with the human factor is very important.
Developing, find solution, working hard
The team is great, the leadership is open-minded and there is room for mistakes. We learn and improve very quickly and I love that.
Brilliant atmosphere. All are very focused on their work but there are always moments where we have a chat, relax and have a laugh with each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It’s a big family looking to build meaningful environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
A very open discussion took place and there were no hesitations to open up that the company started as dream.
The interview was both technical and personal oriented but in a relevant way. They were really interested to find matching personalities, but there was no pressure in that sense. It's nice to have business discussions with genuine intelligent people.
Panel was very friendly and welcoming. it was more like a conversation than an interview.
And this is how we like to take on our daily routines - a friendly place where everyone can enjoy and learn at the same time. Thank you for your feedback!

Atmosphere of team work, developing
Expressing myself and seeing that my opinion matters. So I have this constant feeling that I am "participating in" and "not providing". Also, we are a very diverse team, we can work remotely and have fun.
