Compared to the average company, benefits are fair - compared to the wider tech industry, benefits and comp are definitely below average. There's no equity or equivalent, no dedicated learning/PD account, no wellness account, and only $300 HSA. Base comp is based on about 45-55% of market value.
Pay bellow market rate for individual contributors. An across the board 20% increase would solve this. Remote is fine, but give more defined pathways to bonus and put everyone on a comp plan for success.
