How's the leadership on the Design team at SMART Technologies?
Compared to other software companies, the design leadership is relatively inexperienced - their experience was mainly gained at SMART, so a bit of the blind leading the blind. And in turn, tends to hire junior employees who don't know any different. It's a great opportunity to get experience as a junior/intermediate designer, but as you mature towards senior you will see the gaps compared to the wider industry
Excellent
