Salespeople micromanaged and not trusted. Low base salary comparatively, annual bonus reduced if you don't meet the metrics

Superb Quality, Excellent technical support, Excellent product presentation from sales engineer and very strong stocks.

The pay scale on this site is complete lie. SMC does not pay this well.
