I worked at this company for a year and it was one of the most negative experiences I have ever had. The CEO, Spencer, demanded that he had a chocolate muffin ready for him each time he visited his field offices. He would sulk like a little child if he didn't get his muffin. Horrible company culture
Extremely negative. They do not care about you at all and only care about the clients.
My experience is extremely positive. This a great company and organization.
I have enjoyed working at SMCI and highly recommend it.

The vibe with Business Development at SMCI is a great vibe. It has great energy, with super talented people who love what they do. It's a supportive group of people with a true "team" mentality.
