What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager was good but he was miserable at this company, understandably so.
They have an open door policy and area always available to have open conversations.

It rewards performance and success.
We have a very employee focused benefit package that includes extra vacation days and a very generous benefit plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Less cut taken by them so I get more money in my pocket for the work I did.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highest level of professionalism and skill.
This is a fun place to work, although expectations are high everyone seems motivated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Don;t even know where to start. Incompetent and jealous and vindictive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very collaborative and supportive of each other.
Everyone seems motivated to achieve goals and are focused on our clients first.
