Unrealistically, too scared of the new ceo and non supportive
Lack of diversity, unable to make a decision and dont have a clear vision
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of clarity, lack of consistancy is driving lack of commitment.

I've been working there for over 3 1/2 years and I recieve the same pay as the new hires.

Working from home and doing my own thing
Everyone of us has goal oriented and looking forward to making our workplace more comfortable
Teamwork and personal interest in each other.
We have worked together for many years and are friends outside of work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We definitely need better communication and more meetings
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is horrible and moral is low
People are ok, they just lack the will to change.
