There are a lot of unknowns that happen in my day. Even though it keeps me on my toes and busy I always fear what is going to drop on us today, who is going to be mad at us or what crazy things are going to come up that we do not have control over. Last to find out but heavily impacted kind of thing
Overall the team is overworked. When finding reliable resources in other departments, they tend to be overworked as well. It is hard to provide good internal and external customer service when the volume is too high.

No catty behavior would be nice. mangers telling their leads not to talk bad about their employees. better insurance coverage. an HSA/FSA card that will cover all my RX, vitamins and other health care needs. nd a cost of living raise for the inflation.

Better communication in the CEC call center with leadership. Their cmmunication is very poor. They don't follow up on issues or concerns at team meetings or in email unless you ask. So you don't know if something is still broken or fixed. They change your hours without asking. They make OT mana
