What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring about others opinions and taking a look at people in management to see how others feel

Communication. Flexibility. Our team meetings are always canceled. We are never told what is going on throughout the company. We hear things through whispers and phone tag. If questions are raised in a meeting, we are quickly shot down. We don't even know our manager of our entire overall dept.

Before deciding what's best for us and how we should do the Job, they should talk to us and hear how we see things and how we could contribute to improve our work.

The training here when I first started was terrible and still is lacking in so many ways. there are may other things but there is not enough space to go over them all.

Recognize other people in the company doing their small part to help provide Smiles for Everyone. Stop nepotism, I have seen people higher in the company have their sons, daughters, or other loved ones hired. Some even in the same department.
