The leadership team is vocally anti-hate and believes in doing the right thing. It does not feel like just talk like at other tech companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Huge changes in the last year with new executives joining the team and more experienced leaders. 2020 was a challenge and they prioritized employee well-being, which is great. The results of organizational changes have been more apparent in recent months and they are positive so far.
