What do you like best about the leadership team?
My experience has been that they are open to feedback and listening.
Engaged and aligned, with a strategic purpose.
Newer leaders are experienced and we're moving in the right direction
They genuinely care about employees and customers.
A company putting its employees and customers first is unique even from a european perspective.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They cover the benefits for me and my family. They also contribute to the HSA, which covers the majority of my family deductible.
The comprehensive benefit package and companywide perks are amazing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is okay, but it's much lower than what I'd be getting in a comparable role at a larger company. I'm also paid less because I don't live in California.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We genuinely like each other's company and have fun when we're together
Supportive and collaborative team, little politics.
Everyone is always trying to help
People are helpful, kind, and generous with their time. Almost everyone is eager to help each other succeed.
Its diverse but inclusive culture.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People geniunely want the best for others.
Most of our team members of actively kind and try to ensure we are inclusive
People generally treat each other with kindness and compassion. Empathy is valued here. I feel like the company's leadership genuinely cares, even when they make mistakes.
Fairness and inclusiveness are very high valued.
The leadership team is vocally anti-hate and believes in doing the right thing. It does not feel like just talk like at other tech companies.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was streamlined and they were clear on who I was meeting with and when
We recently adopted structured interviews, which seems more fair
Interviewers were very well prepared, each covered specific topics, and were focused and attentive. I enjoyed talking to my interviewers and ended each interview feeling positive and refreshed instead of drained or tired.
People team is actively working to improve the process with structure interviews and rubrics and making it more equitable.
