A company putting its employees and customers first is unique even from a european perspective.
Huge changes in the last year with new executives joining the team and more experienced leaders. 2020 was a challenge and they prioritized employee well-being, which is great. The results of organizational changes have been more apparent in recent months and they are positive so far.
Focus on supporting employees, more direction would be great and they are hearing that feedback and doing something about it
