What do you like best about the leadership team?Very smart and experienced leadership. They understand and appreciate the importance of data. Also, they care about how employees are feeling about the company as well. There are channels to let your voice be heard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Smart, collaborative and creative. Especially during these coronavirus days it is very obvious how much the team cares for one another
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Market rates are very competitive. We don't have guaranteed bonuses or raises. Large companies are giving out hundreds of thousands in guaranteed RSUs that are liquid immediately quarter to quarter. We should give more stock options out now to compete with these offers.
