- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Market rates are very competitive. We don't have guaranteed bonuses or raises. Large companies are giving out hundreds of thousands in guaranteed RSUs that are liquid immediately quarter to quarter. We should give more stock options out now to compete with these offers.
