The Planet section of our report describes our efforts in 2021 to assess climate risk, up-level our climate commitments, reduce our carbon emissions, operationalize our Climate Action Plan towards our 2030 Net Negative emissions goal, maintain carbon neutrality, reduce the impacts of our products and our supply chain, and raise awareness about relevant environmental issues through Snapchat.

Our giving programs focus around three key pillars: empowering youth, education, and the arts. We volunteer thousands of hours every year through Snap CAMP (Community, Arts, and Mentorship Projects). Whether we’re renovating houses for new mothers or offering free coding classes to women in need, we’re always finding new ways to give back.
In addition to our sponsored volunteer projects, Snap team members can also take paid time each month to volunteer at a charity of their choice that aligns with our three giving pillars. We want to help you give back, your way!
