Transparent, honest, and caring. There's no hiding of how we are doing. We regularly discuss our OKRs and our progress to towards them.

The leadership team is transparent and open to feedback. In fact, they open every bi-weekly all-hands stating that this is a safe forum and want to hear from us.

The HR rep was upfront about the process and it's timeline. She responded to my calls/emails and provided me all the info needed for me to make my decision.
What makes you most happy at work?
My work makes a difference. We are helping our customers become more efficient in what they do and what they do is help people get into homes. How can you not feel satisfied about that?
