The whole culture is just incredibly positive. Our northstar principle is Be Empathetic. That doesn't mean everyone is too nice or sugar coats stuff. It means we can have real conversations and give hard feedback sometimes because we all lead with empathy. And the work/life balance is superb.

The HR rep was upfront about the process and it's timeline. She responded to my calls/emails and provided me all the info needed for me to make my decision.

The diversity and inclusion hiring practices. it can seem perforative. I do not see diversity in our leadership.
