Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent, honest, and caring. There's no hiding of how we are doing. We regularly discuss our OKRs and our progress to towards them.
Transparency in weekly all-hands meetings, where we all are part of what's going on in the company.
The leadership team is transparent and humble. They strive to empower and build up those around them.
Love the transparency. Sure, we celebrate the good news, but the bad news is never hidden or sugar coated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying attention to how the people they have hired are treating other employees, and making sure that people feel safe and secure on a normal basis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Monthly wellness benefit is great. 401k match given our startup status is unheard of.
The annual review policy is upfront and supportive.
Maternity/paternity leave and other family related benefits.
The benefits are amazing! And the 10 year equity exercise window is just unheard of!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Always going above and beyond for our customers. Always willing to share knowledge and help a lending hand.
The growth mindset and opportunity to adapt in a changing world and growing company.
Everyone truly lives our operating principles, especially Empathy and Authenticity.
Collaborative, respectful, intelligent, diverse, and fun.
Incredibly smart and willing to train those around them. They also do a great job caring about team members professional and personal well being.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people... everyone is inviting and I look forward to logging in every day.
Support with ERGs, DEI, and the benefits we are provided is amazing!
The whole culture is just incredibly positive. Our northstar principle is Be Empathetic. That doesn't mean everyone is too nice or sugar coats stuff. It means we can have real conversations and give hard feedback sometimes because we all lead with empathy. And the work/life balance is superb.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The HR rep was upfront about the process and it's timeline. She responded to my calls/emails and provided me all the info needed for me to make my decision.
The kindness from recruiters and the team I was joining had me wanting to join the company immediately.
The people were so nice.
Incredible candidate experience. I got a great view into the culture. Process was super intentional and thoughtful and everyone I met was incredibly smart and respectful of my time.
Clear, extremely well-organized, productive, thoughtful, and perfectly suited for the role I was applying for.

What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with coworkers, knowing that my manager supports a healthy work-life balance.
The empathetic culture and the great work/life balance. Also just the excitement of working at a true unicorn that is transforming a $1.75 TRILLION space. What a ride!!
My team, my project, and the type of work I do.
My work makes a difference. We are helping our customers become more efficient in what they do and what they do is help people get into homes. How can you not feel satisfied about that?

The diversity and inclusion hiring practices. it can seem perforative. I do not see diversity in our leadership.
