What do you like best about the leadership team?Transparent, honest, and caring. There's no hiding of how we are doing. We regularly discuss our OKRs and our progress to towards them.
What are some of the best things about your team?Always going above and beyond for our customers. Always willing to share knowledge and help a lending hand.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Paying attention to how the people they have hired are treating other employees, and making sure that people feel safe and secure on a normal basis.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?The diversity and inclusion hiring practices. it can seem perforative. I do not see diversity in our leadership.
