What is the best part about your compensation package?
It would be RSUs - stock.
Equity has been a tremendous benefit.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork, ICs are incredible and some of the first line managers.
Small and nimble enough to actually be productive
Young and knowledgeable team. Easy to communicate with people.

Everyone really cares about how well they do and leadership is always ready to thank and compliment hard work.
Extremely supportive, challenging, positive, and visionary
Focus on exciting and cutting edge customers.
Supportive manager, helpful coleague and office atmosphere is really nice.
Openness, flexibility, collaboration, helpfulness. Everyone is working to make the company better
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Avoid micromanagment, crunch, pressure and overhours workd
Stop with the threat of the stick and focus on the carrot. Hire for potential and diversity, not drinking buddies. Nepotism and favoritism is rampant.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Hiring manager interaction throughout the cycle
Interacting with management from various factions, not just mine. Demands for aptitude testing across domains make me confident coworkers have passed similar rigor and overall organization is correspondingly strong
Fair assessment of my qualifications and goals.
It was difficult so I feel it was effective to evaluate potential candidates, especially during covid. It was smooh and there was good communication.
Got to meet with every person that I interact with on the daily. The interview process included future colleagues, sales engineers and managers.
