After CEO change, the culture was all about $$$ over people. Layoffs and restructuring left and right with zero transparency.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Avoid micromanagment, crunch, pressure and overhours workd
Stop with the threat of the stick and focus on the carrot. Hire for potential and diversity, not drinking buddies. Nepotism and favoritism is rampant.
