Karyn leads the global legal and compliance function at Snyk. She has worked with high growth companies for over 20 years. Most recently, Karyn was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Twilio which she joined as its first attorney in 2014, scaling the company through its journey to become a public company in 2016. Previously, Karyn was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Zynga and a partner of Cooley LLP. Karyn currently sits on the boards of Icertis and Halcyon and is a founding member of Chief, a network for senior women leaders, and a member of the Economic Club of DC. She lives with her family in Washington, DC and loves yoga, hiking, reading, travel and the family dog.
