Overall this company has proven as very responsive and employee-oriented. They showed up multiple times in their time of need and I can tell they value their employee's well-being. That said process management can feel chaotic at times, so I hope they improve in this regard in the future.

My team is a group of very flexible, responsible, and motivated people. I feel supported if I have any struggles, but also feel equally inspired to help others and be heard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work remotely due to personal circumstances and I appreciate how the company respects the privacy of my off time. Yes, the work pace can be fast, but if people need to rest everyone is very respectful of that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are direct and honest about what is happening in the company at different moments. They don't waste time with empty speeches and sugar-coating things and get to the point real quick, but at the same time, you feel they are not looking for a scapegoat and share the responsibility.
