What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are direct and honest about what is happening in the company at different moments. They don't waste time with empty speeches and sugar-coating things and get to the point real quick, but at the same time, you feel they are not looking for a scapegoat and share the responsibility.
The executive team is very open to ideas, there is no distance between the team and its leader. The leadership team is very creative, open-minded, and supportive.
It's inspiring to work with them, see and share their passion about what SOC Prime does. It's also one of the reasons of the motivation - Leadership always shows where we are, where we have to be and how we should reach our goals.
