Salary and equity combination. We are still at a phase where you can be granted substantial equity. The equity bonuses are also a great incentive. Cash bonuses tied to very clear company goals.

There is no easy way to compare my salary with my peers, however I think that Socotra can do better in at least providing the information if the employee is in below average, average or above average pay scale. I can only compare it with current market which tells that the salary could be better.
