the people are genuine, no red tape, working together

No micromanagement and my contributions are highly visible and valued with with peers and leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a mature engineering organization. We purposefully hire with team fit in mind and it has resulted in a no drama atmosphere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely transparent and have been more forthcoming of company information than any other places I have worked in my 10 years in the industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can ask any developer questions and I am never treated poorly when doing so. The engineering org is very approachable and willing to help when you ask.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is higher than most companies I interviewed at and the initial stock offering gives me a real good chance to be well off after an IPO.
